Contracts for grading, etc., of streets within

incorporated cities or towns.

The board of county commissioners of any county may, under the

direction of the Commission, contract for grading, draining or

hardsurfacing any street within any municipality where such street

is a continuation of or a connecting link in the State or County

Highway System or if the county and the municipality have entered

into an agreement pursuant to Section 36-113 of Title 11 of the

Oklahoma Statutes for the construction, improvement, repair or

maintenance of municipal streets.
