Supplies for convicts doing road work

The board of county commissioners shall purchase supplies for
feeding and maintaining county convicts while at work, from the
lowest and best bidder, after reasonable public notice shall have
been given. No contract for furnishing supplies at a higher price
than the ordinary selling price of the articles furnished shall be
valid.
