Soil tests for counties - Reports - Charges

Official statutory text

The Department shall, when requested to do so by a county through

its board of county commissioners, make tests of soil samples for

the county, if the samples are submitted to the Department's

laboratory in Oklahoma City; and shall furnish the county with a

written report of its findings. The Department shall charge the

county for the cost of making such tests; and the board of county

commissioners shall pay for such cost from county funds.
