Administration of act
Official statutory text
The Department of Education may administer the comprehensive
Drug Abuse Education Act of 1972, pursuant to regulations which the
State Board of Education is hereby empowered to promulgate. In
administering this section, the Department shall take into
consideration the advice of the Director of the Oklahoma State
Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control and the Oklahoma
State Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control Commission.
