The School for the Deaf and the Vocational Rehabilitation

Division are hereby authorized to operate an evaluation and

rehabilitation center for deaf people in such a manner and on such a

basis that will permit the best possible utilization of the

resources, personnel, and monies that are available; and in the

furtherance of this project the School for the Deaf and the

Vocational Rehabilitation Division are authorized to use any and all

funds, from whatever source, under their control and to do

everything necessary to secure maximum Federal participation for

such project.
