Education - Application.
The State Board of Education shall have power to approve other
colleges and universities which, when so approved, shall have the
authority granted in Section 1 of this act. The application for the
privilege shall set forth clearly the course of study, the condition
of equipment and other information as the State Board of Education
shall require.
