Colleges - Body corporate - Official seal - Officers - Terms and
duties of officers - Proceedings.
(a) The Board of Regents for Oklahoma Agricultural and
Mechanical Colleges shall be a body corporate and shall adopt an
official seal, which shall be attached to all official documents
issued by the Board and all contracts entered into by the Board.
(b) The Board of Regents shall annually elect from its
membership a Chairman, a Vice Chairman, and a Secretary, each of
whom shall serve for a term of one (1) fiscal year, and who shall
have such powers and duties as may be prescribed by the Board. The
Board shall adopt such rules and regulations as it deems necessary
to govern its proceedings and the conduct of its business. The
Secretary of the Board shall keep minutes of all meetings and all
transactions considered at such meetings, and it shall not be
necessary that the Secretary be a member of the Board.
