Official statutory text
The state educational institution located at Wilburton and
formerly designated as Eastern Oklahoma State College of Agriculture
and Applied Science shall be known as and its official name shall be
Eastern Oklahoma State College; and the governing control of the
institution and all of its property, assets and obligations shall be
transferred to the Board of Regents of Eastern Oklahoma State
College, which is hereby created.
