The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education, the Board of
Regents of the University of Oklahoma and the Board of Regents for
the Oklahoma Agricultural and Mechanical Colleges shall make
application for a credit rating from a nationally recognized rating
agency with expertise in the evaluation of obligations issued by
governmental entities as determined necessary and prudent by the
State Bond Advisor.
