network - Revenue bonds.
The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education are hereby
authorized to issue revenue bonds in the sum not to exceed Two
Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) for the purpose of planning and
constructing a communications and telecommunications network and the
purchase of necessary equipment for the use of The State System of
Higher Education and state government generally.
