College - Legal status not affected.

Wherever the laws of this state refer to this institution as

Altus Junior College or any other name, the reference shall be

deemed to be to Western Oklahoma State College. The name herein

prescribed shall not affect in any manner whatsoever any legal

relationships, bonds, contracts, supervisory authority by the

Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education, title to property,

obligations, or any other phase or aspect of the legal status of the

institution or its Board of Regents for any purpose, except that

this institution shall be referred to as "Western Oklahoma State

College" and its Board of Regents shall be referred to as the "Board

of Regents of Western Oklahoma State College."
