Management of permanent school fund
Official statutory text
The Commissioners of the Land Office, consisting of the
Governor, the Lieutenant Governor, State Auditor and Inspector,
Superintendent of Public Instruction, and the President of the Board
of Agriculture, are hereby authorized and empowered to manage, loan,
invest and deposit, the permanent school fund donated to the State
Oklahoma Statutes - Title 70. Schools Page 1042
of Oklahoma by the Congress of the United States, or arising from
the sale of lands and from other sources.
Governor, the Lieutenant Governor, State Auditor and Inspector,
Superintendent of Public Instruction, and the President of the Board
of Agriculture, are hereby authorized and empowered to manage, loan,
