Department of Veterans Affairs - Unclassified positions

and personnel.

The following positions and personnel at the Oklahoma Department

of Veterans Affairs shall be civil service exempt as provided in the

Civil Service and Human Capital Modernization Act:

1. Physicians assistants;

2. Occupational therapists;

3. Physical therapists;

4. Pharmacists;

5. Speech pathologists;

6. Nurse practitioners;

7. Physical therapy assistants;

8. Administrative Assistant to the Director;

9. Programs Administrators;

10. Administrators, Veterans Centers; and

11. Assistant Administrators, Veterans Centers.
