Issuance of revenue bonds

The Oklahoma Capitol Improvement Authority is hereby authorized

to issue revenue bonds for the purpose of funding capital projects

for the State Department of Corrections in a total amount not to

exceed Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000.00) with debt retirement

payments to be made by the Department. The issuance of such bonds

shall be subject to the provisions of subsections D, E, F, G and H

of Section 301 of Title 73 of the Oklahoma Statutes. Bonds issued

pursuant to this section shall not be general obligation bonds and

shall not be an indebtedness to the State of Oklahoma.
