There is hereby created the Oklahoma Museum of Popular
Culture to be under the supervision of the Oklahoma
Historical Society. The Oklahoma Historical Society is
authorized to construct, maintain, repair, and operate the
Oklahoma Museum of Popular Culture and its facilities.
