Ethics Commission Online Filing Revolving Fund
Official statutory text
A. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving
fund for the Ethics Commission to be designated the "Ethics
Commission Online Filing Revolving Fund". The fund shall be a
continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and
deposits to the fund shall consist of the first Two Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($200,000.00) of monies designated for deposit to the fund
pursuant to the provisions of Section 4258 of Title 74 of the
Oklahoma Statutes each fiscal year and all monies appropriated to
the fund pursuant to an act of the Legislature.
B. Monies designated for deposit to the fund in excess of Two
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) each fiscal year shall be
placed to the credit of the General Revenue Fund. All monies
accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may
be budgeted and expended by the Commission for the purpose of:
1. Developing, maintaining and administering the Commission's
online filing system; and
2. The payment of fees and charges to other state agencies for
information technology services.
Expenditures from said fund shall be made upon warrants issued by
the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with
the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for
approval and payment.
