Prefiling of bills and resolutions

Official statutory text

Beginning on the 15th day of November of each even-numbered year

and ending at the time of sine die adjournment of the second regular

session during the following even-numbered year, members of the

first regular legislative session who have taken the required oath

of office therefor and holdover members of the Senate are hereby

authorized to prefile legislative bills and resolutions for

introduction. Such bills and resolutions shall be in the form

required by the rules of the respective houses of the Legislature.
