Declaration and designation of reports of decisions of

Official statutory text

Supreme Court and Criminal Court of Appeals.

From and after the effective date of this act the Supreme Court

and the Criminal Court of Appeals shall have authority, in such

manner as they deem advisable, to declare the published volumes of

the decisions of the Supreme Court and the Criminal Court of Appeals

of the State of Oklahoma, as the same may be published by one or

more persons, firms or corporations, and containing only the

decisions of the Supreme Court of Oklahoma and/or the Criminal Court

of Appeals of Oklahoma, to be official reports of the decisions of

said Courts, whether the decisions of said Courts are published in

separate volumes or the same volume.
