Misrepresentations

Official statutory text

No association and no director, trustee, officer, agent,

employee, solicitor, or other representative thereof, or any other

person, shall make, issue, circulate, or cause or permit to be made,

issued, or circulated, a statement of any sort misrepresenting the

terms, conditions or character of any agreement issued by it or the

benefits or advantages promised thereby.
