Extension of period of withdrawal under national

Official statutory text

emergency.

In case of national emergency, such as war, during periods when

materials for the construction of projects as herein contemplated by

the United States may not be available, such periods of emergency

shall not be chargeable to the maximum period provided for the

construction of projects initiated under this act.
