Penalties

Official statutory text

If any employee of the Oklahoma Water Resources Board shall fail

to make his quarterly report to the Auditor of Oklahoma as provided

herein, or shall wilfully make any false entry or statement therein,

or shall fail to report all fees collected by the Oklahoma Water

Resources Board or its clerks, or shall fail or refuse to pay into

the State Treasury all monies received by the Oklahoma Water

Resources Board or its clerks, as fees during each quarter, shall be

guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall upon conviction be fined not less

than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) nor more than Ten Thousand

Dollars ($10,000.00).
