Penalties

Official statutory text

Any person violating any of the provisions of this act or any

lawful regulation or order issued pursuant thereto shall be guilty

of a misdemeanor and a continuing violation punishable as a separate

offense for each day during which it occurs, and upon conviction

shall be imprisoned in the county jail for not more than ten (10)

days or by a fine of not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor

more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or by both, for each

such separate offense.
