Applicable statutory provisions

A. The following statutory provisions shall be applicable to

the operations and governance of a district organized under this

act:

1. The Oklahoma Open Meeting Act;

2. Section 24 of Title 51 of the Oklahoma Statutes pertaining

to public records; and

3. The Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974.

B. The district shall also comply with any applicable review or

reporting requirements of a state or federal regulatory agency as to

water or sewage activities, facilities or plans.
