State Flood Resiliency Revolving Fund
Official statutory text
A. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving
fund for the Oklahoma Water Resources Board to be designated the
"State Flood Resiliency Revolving Fund".
B. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal
year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the
Board from the appropriations, apportionments, donations, federal
funding and fee revenues designated for the purposes of implementing
the recommendations and provisions of the comprehensive state flood
plan.
