Decree to describe district - State Board as directors

In such decree the court shall designate the general description
of the outline of said district and shall appoint as directors
thereof the members of the Conservation Commission of the State of
Oklahoma and their successors in office, who shall thereupon have
and exercise with reference to such conservancy districts all powers
and duties conferred upon said Commission by Chapter 70, Article 5,
Oklahoma Statutes of 1931, as amended by House Bill No. 84, of the
Fifteenth Legislature of the State of Oklahoma.
