Costs

Any petition filed under authority of this act by the
Conservation Commission of the State of Oklahoma shall be accepted
and filed by the clerk of the court in which the same is filed
without costs, and all proceedings thereunder shall be had without
cost to the Conservation Commission of the State of Oklahoma, except
that such Commission shall be liable for all costs of publishing the
notices herein prescribed.
