2013 Repeal. Section 2 was repealed July 9, 2013, P.L.476, No.67, effective 60 days. Explanatory Note. Section 215 of the Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1933 required that the articles of incorporation contain the names and addresses of members of a board of trustees and a prescribed statement of purpose.
