Short title and application of subchapter.

Official statutory text

(a) Short title.--This subchapter shall be known and may be cited as the Corporation Bureau and UCC Fee Law.

(b) Application.--This subchapter contains an enumeration of fees to be charged by the bureau for services performed under this title or any other provision of law relating to corporations or associations and under Titles 13 (relating to

commercial code), 17 (relating to credit unions) and 54 (relating to names). (June 8, 2001, P.L.123, No.18, eff. July 1, 2001; Nov. 3, 2022, P.L.1791, No.122, eff. 60 days) 2022 Amendment. Act 122 amended subsec. (b).
