Restitution for theft of timber.
Official statutory text
Any person convicted for the theft of standing timber under section 3921 (relating to theft by unlawful taking or disposition) shall, in addition to any other sentence imposed, be sentenced to pay the owner of the timber restitution in an amount twice the value of the timber taken. (Oct. 11, 1984, P.L.892, No.173, eff. imd.) 1984 Amendment. Act 173 added section 1107. Cross References. Section 1107 is referred to in section 8311 of Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure).
