Unlawful use of computer.

It is unlawful to use a computer, computer network or electronic device with the intent to falsify or forge electronic mail transmissions, electronic transactions or other electronic information in any manner in connection with the purchase of a fishing license, boat registration or other commission-issued license, permit or privilege through or into the computer network of an electronic mail service provider, Internet service
