Application of law.

Official statutory text

In applying and construing this act, consideration must be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to its subject matter among states that enact it. § 6. Application of law. This act applies to a civil action commenced or a cause of action asserted in a civil action on or after the effective date of this section. Explanatory Note.
