Official statutory text
The Adjutant General shall approve all appointments of personnel authorized by the laws of the United States to care
for Federal property and assist in the administration of the Pennsylvania National Guard. The appointment of personnel will not be made without meeting all the requirements and qualifications imposed by existing laws and regulations.
