Official statutory text
The Secretary of the Commonwealth shall transmit to the Legislative Reference Bureau, for publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, notice of full implementation of the computerized filing system required under 65 Pa.C.S. § 13A10(c). Explanatory Note. Act 134 amended, added or deleted sections 1102 and 1107 and Chapters 13 and 13A of Title 65.
