Official statutory text
The Secretary of Transportation and the Chief Executive Officer of the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission shall transmit a notice to the Legislative Reference Bureau for publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin when the automated speed enforcement system is operational along the designated highway work zones under 75 Pa.C.S. § 3369. Explanatory Note. Act 86 amended or added sections 102, 3368, 3369 and 3370 of Title 75.
