§ 1-2-19. Right of inspection Governmental agencies.

(a) Any state agency, or agency of a municipality that abuts a state-owned airport or landing field, as defined in this chapter, is authorized to send staff members or investigators upon the premises of any airport or landing field as regulated by this title for the purpose of inspecting the premises for compliance with state or municipal laws.
(b) The agency investigating shall comply with pertinent Federal Aviation Administration safety guidelines to ensure public safety during the course of the investigation.
