SECTION 10-1-10. Care of State House and State House grounds.

Official statutory text

The Department of Administration shall keep, landscape, cultivate, and beautify the State House and State House grounds with authority to expend such amounts as may be annually appropriated therefor. The department shall employ all help and labor in policing, protecting, and caring for the State House and State House grounds and shall have full authority over them. Effect of Amendment 2014 Act No. 121, SECTION 7.I, substituted "Department of Administration" for "State Budget and Control Board", substituted "department" for "board", and made other nonsubstantive changes.
