SECTION 24-3-170. Payments by Clemson University for use of inmates.
Official statutory text
Clemson University shall pay to the Department of Corrections a fee for all inmates used by the college at the rate of six dollars each month and shall pay the cost of clothing, feeding, and guarding the inmates while used and also the transportation of the inmates and employees back and forth from the prison to the university. Effect of Amendment The 2010 amendment rewrote the section.
