Fees receivable by counties and municipalities
Official statutory text
The counties and municipalities are hereby authorized to receive the amount of fees to be charged for such services, that may be received from the patient, home health insurance benefits as provided by the Social Security Act and any amendments thereto, State Department of Social Services, other insurance programs, governmental agencies, private health and welfare agencies and associations.
