The purpose of this title is to safeguard the constitutional rights and liberty interests of persons during the COVID-19 pandemic. This title must be construed broadly to effectuate the purpose described in this section. Added by 2021EX3 Tenn. Acts, ch. 6, s 1, eff. 11/12/2021.
