Publication of notice by commission or board

When a commission or board established under this title is required to publish any notice in a newspaper of general circulation: (1) It shall publish the notice, if possible, in a newspaper of general circulation published in the county in which notice is to be given; (2) It shall publish the notice in as many newspapers of general circulation as may be necessary to give notice effectively to the qualified voters of the area in which notice is to be given; and (3) Notices that require the same time frame for publication may be combined for publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
