Forwarding of former general assembly member's email

A former member of the general assembly may request that emails sent to the former member's legislative email address be automatically forwarded to the former member's private email address for up to twelve (12) months from the former member's last official day of service as a member of the general assembly. This section shall not apply to members of the general assembly who are removed from office or who resign from office. Acts 2009 , ch. 507, § 1.
