Procedure, rules and regulations governing department - Statutes governing procedure before Tennessee public utility commission applicable

(a) Sections 4-5-322 , 4-5-323 , 65-2-101 - 65-2-109, and 65-2-112 - 65-2-121 shall also apply to the department of transportation and all procedures and proceedings of such department for the purposes of all matters within the jurisdiction of the department. (b) "Commission," as used in the sections referred to in subsection (a), means the department of transportation. Acts 1957, ch. 374, § 32; 1972, ch. 829, § 21; T.C.A., §§ 42-238, 42-2-137.
