Compilation of list of laws related to rights of students, parents, or legal guardians - Posting of list on department website

(a) The department of education shall survey this title and other relevant acts of the general assembly to compile a list of all laws that are related to the rights of students and their parents or legal guardians. The department shall update the list annually within sixty (60) days after the adjournment of the general assembly. (b) The list shall be posted on the website of the department. Each LEA shall prominently display a link to the list on its website. Added by 2016 Tenn. Acts, ch. 644,s 1, eff. 3/23/2016.
