Expenses

(a) All necessary and proper expenses incurred by the board in the performance of its duties imposed under this title shall be paid out of the funds appropriated to the division of property assessments. (b) All reimbursement for travel expenses shall be in accordance with the comprehensive travel regulations as promulgated by the department of finance and administration and approved by the attorney general and reporter.
