§ 103.0055. BANKRUPTCY OF MERCHANT OR RETAILER.

For purposes of this chapter, the amount due an aggrieved party by a license holder or a person required to be licensed is not affected by a final judgment of a bankruptcy court that releases the license holder or person required to be licensed from the legal duty to satisfy the claim.
