§ 122.156. SHIPPING DOCUMENTATION FOR TEST SAMPLES.
Official statutory text
The department shall issue documentation to an entity authorized to collect samples of plants for testing that authorizes the transportation of those samples from the place of collection to a testing laboratory described by Section 122.151(a).
