§ 122.402. ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY.

Except as provided by Section 122.403 and to the extent permitted under 7 U.S.C. Section 1639p(e), the department may impose an administrative penalty or other administrative sanction for a violation of this chapter or a rule or order adopted under this chapter, including a penalty or sanction under Section 12.020 or 12.0201.
