§ 201.027. ENFORCEMENT REFERRAL RECORDS.

Official statutory text

(a) The state board shall maintain detailed records about each state board referral of an agricultural or silvicultural operation to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality for enforcement.

(b) Records maintained under Subsection (a) must include information regarding the final disposition of the referral by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, including any enforcement action taken against the agricultural or silvicultural operation.
