§ 60.023. COMMISSIONERS COURT TO CALL PUBLIC HEARING.

Before the 30th day after the date a petition is received, the commissioners court shall call a public hearing at which the petition will be considered. The notice of the hearing must state that any person may appear and present evidence or testify for or against the creation of the district.
