§ 60.027. TEMPORARY DIRECTORS; VACANCY IN OFFICE.

(a) If the commissioners court grants the petition, it shall appoint as temporary directors of the district five persons who are qualified under this chapter to serve as directors.
(b) A vacancy in the office of temporary directors shall be filled by appointment by the commissioners court.
